Hier Lurning
The kids who did not pass the essay portion of the tenth grade TAKS in the Judson district find themselves in a "Practical Writing" class this year. Lexie has three of these classes and three regular "English III" classes. She reports that judging by their abilites as expressed in their first writing sample, the students are flip-flopped. The quality of writing in her English III classes is simply abysmal.
