The Jackrabbits third season is about to get started.
We have half of the team back from the fall. Kevin and Jackson who joined the original team a year ago at the age of four years and three months are back to trouble opponents and teammates with their experience and pride. Micah, who trails them by only two months, is back to dazzle with his speed and enthusiasm.
We are adding size and various experience with our new arrivals this season. Following in the path of Jackson and Kevin, Bryce just turned four in January but has older siblings in the game and according to his mom is dying to get going. Aiden played for another team in the league in the fall. Alicia has been taking karate, but that no longer fits with her mom's schedule, so she's trying something new with soccer. She's the only girl on the team, but she's by a couple months and at 4'1" the tallest by a head.
I'm sure the differences in experience will be challenging to deal with, but David (Jackson's dad) has agreed to be an assistant coach for me this year and I plan to split the group for skills lessons.
