Invest Your Money Wisely: Give to TEARS in the next 17 days

2006 June 13
by manasclerk

Rod Davis, the Christian who is the Real Deal, has gotten a grant to help educate the people he so gladly serves down in the Domincan Republic. They can get matching funds for gifts up to $10k.

The Nord Foundation is investing in the future of TEARS School and our children in a big way, and they want to challenge you to do the same. They have offered a Matching Fund Program that will match your investment dollar for dollar up to $10,000 US! We are getting down to the wire and urgently need your help to take full advantage of this blessing. The only prerequisite is that this is your first time giving to the school!

This runs through June 30, 2006!

If you’re one of the Christian REVOLUTIONARIES that the pollster talked about, you will want to invest your dollars in TEARS because he is actually doing something with them.

If you’re like me, send some bucks his way. Because he’s the Real Deal and God is doing some great things. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to be part of impossible things that God is doing?

Email your pledge to jennifer @ “Please Remove This Part” tears.org.

Even a dollar will help. Really. So please give what you can.

And expect to hear about the amazing things that God can do.

    Nice try.

You make me want to cry “TEARS”.
Why is it that most “christian” groups always come around to asking for money.
And you make this guy out to sound like the second coming. Go sell this B.S. somewhere else you prick.

So Jeff seems angry that I used space on my website (which he had no need to visit from his place in the South) to talk about a guy I’ve met who runs an organization in the DR, a place that has absolutely no money, where he has created several schools and is trying to build up internal leadership to create a self-sufficient economic engine in this, what is considered the worst barrio in the nation.

    ….

I’d go on, but really, what’s the point with a bigot like this?
